Good grief, it’s been a terrible five years for me, writing-wise. Though I’ve been writing (and even attempting drafts of Nebula, the second book in the Blood Empire space opera series), I was so dissatisfied with some aspects of the plot that I kept getting stuck.
But thanks to good friends, my author peers, and a very enthusiastic and supportive spouse, I am pleased to say after working on the plot, I have now finished the first draft of Nebula… and I think it’s better off for it.
